Join former D1 player, Tayler Warehime and current D1 player, Lindsey Marshall for a ๐ฑ ๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฆ for Middle School. The series will focus on ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฒ๐ to help each individual player increase their lacrosse IQ, game sense & skill set.
The Middle School Series is open to grades 6 to 8 (2030 – 2028)!
COST: $50 Per Session OR Full Series – All 5 sessions for $210
PLACE: Coppermine Sports Center (5731 Cottonworth Dr)
TIME: 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM
This series will run on Sunday evenings from Jan. 7th to Feb. 4th

In this session, coaches will lead players through a series of drills pertaining to stickwork and ball handling ability.
๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ฎ โ Shooting & 8 Meter Offense & Defense (1/14/24)
In this session, coaches will teach skills and strategies to each side of the ball to be successful in 8M situations.
๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ฏ โ Dodging & Defending 1v1โs (1/21/24)
In this session, coaches will teach both offensive and defensive principles for 1v1 situations

๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ฐ โ Unsettled Play for Offense and Defense (1/28/24)
In this session, coaches emphasize spacing and reading the situation for the offense while also teaching defenders how to slow the offense down.
๐ช๐๐๐ ๐ฑ โ Draw & Circle Work (2/4/24)
In this session, coaches will run draw takers through a series of draw & circle specific stick work, show draw takers tips & strategies to win the draw, and show circle players strategies to win every 50/50 ball. Even if you are not a draw taker or on the circle players are encouraged to attend to work on ground ball principles.
Sessions will have a maximum 10:1 player to coach ratio.
The Middle School Series is only limited to the age breakdown listed above.
Join former D1 college coach, Gregg Gebhard, for a 6-week series to prepare for your High School Season. The series will focus on advanced level skills and strategies to help each individual player increase their lacrosse IQ, game sense & skill set.
THE WINTER WARMUP SERIES
The Winter Warm-up Series is open to players in grades 8-12 (2028-2024). High level 7thย graders (2029) will be considered with a coachโs recommendation.ย Email recommendations to: ggebhard@gocoppermine.com
Each session will incorporate footwork into the skill focus for that session.
This series will run on Sunday evenings from Jan. 7th to Feb. 17th (Week 6 is Saturday /17/24) and include the following:
Week 1 โ Advanced Stickwork (1/7/24)
In this session, Coach Gebhard will run players through a series of stickwork drills to elevate each playerโs stickwork and prepare them for the upcoming season.
Week 2 โ Feeding & Finishing (1/14/24)
In this session, Coach Gebhard will run players through a series of feeding and shooting drills designed to elevate each players ability to feed teammates and finish shots at a high percentage.
Week 3 โ Dodging & Defending 1v1โs (1/21/24)
In this session, Coach Gebhard will teach skills and strategies to be a successful dodger and defender in 1v1 & 2v2 situations. The emphasis will be on setting up a dodge & the best practices to beat your defender for offensive players. For defenders we will focus on body positioning, making & maintaining contact while keeping dodgers away from the goal.
Week 4 โ Unsettled Play for Offense and Defense (1/28/24)
In this session, Coach Gehard will lead players through a series of drills to emphasize spacing and reading the situation for the offense while also teaching defenders how to slow the offense down to give the defense the advantage.
Week 5 โ 8M Offensive & Defensive Skills and Strategies (2/4/24)
In this session, Coach Gebhard will teach skills and strategies to each side of the ball to be successful in 8M situations.
