Pool Party Check-In Sheet
Everyone entering must check in.
Non-Members will be verified against this list at the gate prior to the event. Nonmembers that are not listed here will NOT be permitted to enter the facility. Members will present their membership card and check in as they normally do.
Please enter your guests full name into the form below and submit it one week before your scheduled party date.
* This rental allows members access to the pavilion and covers the cost of 30 non-member guests. Nonmembers are not to exceed 30 total (No exceptions).
** Payment for this will be charged at the time of scheduling. Please make sure to clean up all trash, decorations or items, and verify your guest count with the front gate before leaving.
