Dance Dress Code

Dancers are asked to wear the following:

First Dance
Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s eyes
Girls: Solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes with pink elastics
Boys: plain tee shirts, comfortable shorts or pants, black ballet shoes

Intro to Ballet & Jazz
Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s eyes.
Girls: Solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes
Boys: plain tee shirts, comfortable shorts or pants, black ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes

Dance & Gym
Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s eyes and worn in a bun.
Girls: pink convertable tights, ballet shoes with pink elastics, black leotard
Boys: plain tee shirts, comfortable black pants or shorts, black ballet shoes

Intermediate Dance
Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s eyes.
Girls: Solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes
Boys: plain tee shirts, comfortable shorts or pants, black ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes

Hip Hop
Hair must be pulled back out of the dancer’s eyes
“Non-marking” soled shoes (typically a white soled sneaker). NO street shoes. Shoes must be clean on the bottom to enter the studio. Comfortable clothing
No bare midriffs

Acro
Fitted top or leotard (no bare midriffs); tights or fitted leggings/capris/mid-thigh length shorts
