BIRTHDAY POLICIES

Please take a moment to read the following policies here at Coppermine. As always, if you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

All Parties require a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit in order for Coppermine to reserve your booking in our schedule.

Party cancellations are allowed to reschedule one time, up to 72 hours before the party, provided the rescheduled date is within 1 year of your initially scheduled event. If the party is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the party, the customer agrees that the deposit will be forfeited.

All parents are required to sign a waiver for their children under the age of 18 before they are able to participate in party activities at Coppermine. Waivers will be provided to the party parent upon booking, or you can download our waiver by clicking here. We ask that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party.

A head count is requested 2 days before your event. The actual head count may increase up to and including the day of the party. We welcome your late RSVPS!

Parents are responsible for all other food, drinks, serving items, plates etc. We do not provide these.

Families are not to arrive early. Only 15 minutes before their party start time. With current health measures we do not want groups or crossover with other families.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for all parties.
