Rooftop Yoga with The Mine

Mark your calendar for The Shops at Kenilworth’s Annual Rooftop Yoga benefiting Show Your Soft Side and BARCS! This event will include an outdoor 60-minute all-levels yoga practice instructed by The Mine’s very own Sidney Nelson!

The schedule:
7:30 – 8:30am: Check in & find a spot for your mat.
8:30 – 9:30am: 60-minute all-levels yoga flow.
9:30 – 10:00am: Enjoy breakfast pastries from Gundalow Gourmet & others, along with mimosas from Felipe’s Taqueria Towson & a raffle giveaway!

While you are there, you will have the chance to shop for fitness & yoga merchandise from the amazing Fit 2 Go & Shakti Warrior, and sample juices from Camps Juice Bar! Check out their products and then head down to The Mine to look at more & purchase your favorites.
