My name is Ricki Barnes, and I have been working as a personal trainer at Four Seasons for 12 years and have been the Fitness Director for 8 of those years. I graduated from Villa Julie College in 2002 with a B.S degree and obtained my ACE and AFAA certifications. Additionally, I hold certifications in Weight Management Consulting and Sports Nutrition. Helping people achieve their health and fitness goals is my passion, and I work with a wide range of clients. I’ve always enjoyed all types of physical activity, and I’m committed to staying fit and healthy.

I started in the fitness world with Zumba about 5 years ago. I loved instructing group exercise through dance, which later developed into me teaching HIIT, Barre, Kickboxing and other exciting group fitness classes. Soon after that, I became a Personal Trainer so I could better share my knowledge and my experience with others. My philosophy is that life is a journey of discovering how to be the best you. I’d love to help you find your fit; whatever that means for you. Finding your fit is not about the weight you lose, but about the life you gain. Hope to see you in the gym!
