Program Overview
Coppermine is thrilled to offer a number of youth physical fitness programs that promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Children ages 7 to 12 years old can enjoy a safe, fun and high-energy environment focused on education and encouragement as they progress through a series of physical fitness skills that build their literacy in and with motor skills, muscle strength, coordination, endurance, agility, concentration, confidence, resilience and adaptability.

Join Evolve Sports Performance for Youth Athlete Development. These 60 minute classes serve as the perfect foundation and catalyst to move and be moved in a wide variety of activities. Children ages 7 to 12 years old will build a solid foundation of functional movement, strength, and flexibility.
