Code of Conduct

We ask that you please review the Coppermine Summer Camp Code of Conduct Agreement with your child that is included in the Parent Packet. We understand the competitive nature of sports, but above all, we want a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all campers. No roughhousing, bullying or inappropriate talk will be tolerated. We ask that all campers keep their hands to themselves, follow directions and make good choices so that each camper has the safest and best experience while at camp. In keeping with the philosophy of maintaining a positive experience for our campers and to ensure the safety of each child, we have a no tolerance policy for extreme actions, words, or behaviors.

All campers must bring lunch in an insulated bag with an ice or freeze pack. Please send a water bottle labeled with your child’s name, especially if it is a very popular, green & orange Gatorade water bottle. Please send an afternoon snack. Your child is also welcome to pull out their lunch box and eat any leftover food during snack time. Feel free to pack them extra food. We are not a peanut free facility. PB&J’s are OK!

We also have snacks available for sale. Please discuss with your child what they are and are not allowed to purchase if you send them with snack money.

We ask campers to have comfortable clothes each day, campers will swim at our Meadowbrook Swim Club location (next door) each week throughout the summer.
