Dear Coppermine Summer Camp Families,

The last two summers we initiated our Coppermine Camp Assurance Plan (CCAP) for all families registered for camp. Our returning staff and administrators are prepared and ready to provide the same exceptional services to you and your family for 2022. Coppermine will offer the following policies for the upcoming summer:

  • If Coppermine is required to close due to state and local guidelines for COVID, families will receive a full refund for any unused weeks.

If a camper is no longer able to attend camp:

  • Prior to May 1st families are provided a full refund.
  • May 1st – May 31st families are provided with a full in-house Coppermine credit (expires 1 year) or a refund less the $100 non-refundable deposit per week and a 10% processing fee.
  • June 1st – September 2nd families are provided with an in-house Coppermine credit for the tuition paid for the unused weeks (expires 1 year) less the $100 non-refundable deposit.

All balances are due and will be charged to the card on file on May 1st, 2022.

No refunds or credits will be issued for participants who do not attend their registered weeks or who do not contact Coppermine to cancel by the above dates. Coppermine requires seven days’ notice throughout the summer for cancellations.

If a camper is dismissed for disciplinary reasons the above dates and policies apply.

Non-payment of balances will result in loss of reservation and non-refundable deposit.

We continue to work with all of our families while being as flexible as possible following the dates and policies above.

All changes and requests are required to be in writing for us to provide the most accurate service possible. Please submit all changes to
