Welcome to Coppermine United!

Coppermine United was established in 2020 as a top tier amateur women’s soccer team playing in the United Women’s Soccer (UWS).

Our mission is to empower women soccer players by developing a top level team in partnership with local businesses, soccer clubs, and our community to develop, inspire and achieve excellence.

OUR ROOTS

Coppermine, the parent company of Coppermine United, was established in Baltimore, MD in 2011. Over the last ten years, Coppermine has established itself as Maryland’s largest and most prestigious destination for youth sports, active-lifestyle adults, and families. Our twelve Baltimore facilities (and growing!) house a myriad of year-round and unparalleled social, athletic, and fitness programming. We serve over 25,000 families in our youth and adult classes, clinics, camps, leagues, tournaments, and nationally competitive club teams.

COPPERMINE SOCCER CLUB

Coppermine Soccer Club has over one thousand active youth players (boys and girls) across the state of Maryland ranging from 5 to 18 years old. Our youth program has won numerous state, regional, and national titles, with the most recent coming in 2019 when our 01 Girls secured the USYS National Championship.

OUR PARTNERS

Through the power of community, Coppermine United is eager to build its team and presence within the region as well as its competitive status within the League. Funding through partnerships allows us to do such, while simultaneously providing our local partners with exposure, access, and reach to build their brand and drive engagement.

Our coaches are passionate about the game of soccer and believe in its limitless abilities to develop, inspire, and achieve excellence both on and off the field. Our coaches bring a breadth of experience to Coppermine United from professional and international play to youth and collegiate coaching.
