Join Personal Trainer and former Professional Basketball Player, Isaiah Lamb, for his Booming Body Bootcamp at Coppermine Racquet & Fitness – Bare Hills this August!
He will be hosting a 60-minute full body workout for all ages every Saturday of August from 9:00 to 10:00am. The workout will consist of 4-6 different circuits, completing 4 rounds, with an ab circuit for the halftime show!
