Keeping you and your family active and healthy is one of our top priorities at Coppermine. We are proud to provide you with priority concierge access to top physicians, surgeons, and physical therapists through our preferred providers at Mercy Medical Center and FX Physical Therapy.

In the event that you or your athlete is injured, please complete the injury assessment form and follow the recommended steps from our partners below. With their expertise and resources, we are committed to providing the necessary support to facilitate the quickest and safest return to play possible.

✔ CALL 911 in case of an EMERGENCY.

If this a true medical emergency call 911 immediately. If there is any question as to the severity or impact of the incident or injury, CALL 911.

✔ Assess the injury level.

If emergency medical care is not required, but urgent or immediate care is (such as an x-ray), proceed to your local urgent care or Emergency Room for post injury stabilization and care.
